YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH US

We are looking forward to your first visit with us and in order to expedite your appointment please remember to bring the following:

- Previous medical or dental records
- Recent dental x-rays
- Your insurance information including card if applicable

You should expect to fill out new patient records, receive a comprehensive exam and have digital x-rays taken to evaluate your oral health and determine what treatment is needed. You may receive a consultation with Dr. Kim and many patients find it convenient to schedule their cleaning to occur with their initial appointment as well.
